So you feel the UK is a relaxing country. I think perhaps the reason you feel that is because the University is in the country or RURAL area. It isn't in a city or URBAN area. Big British cities are busy and full of people rushing around!
British families, you say you don't understand. When you say 'they are all conditions' I think perhaps you mean there are many different types of families in Britain. You are right. Britain is a very DIVERSE society.
